The owner of the online store EiaRoss.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is OÜ Eia Ross (registration code 14761270), located at Sulevimägi 2, Tallinn.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Product prices in the Online Store are listed next to the products. The price does not include the delivery fee. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled out, and the appropriate delivery method must be selected. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid through the following payment methods:

Finnish bank payments
Latvian bank payments
Lithuanian bank payments
Visa/Mastercard card payments
Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, the corresponding bank’s secure environment is used, and when paying via credit card, the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS is used. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement takes effect once the payment has been received on the Online Store’s account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller for personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods are sent to following countries : Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, .
The buyer has the following options to receive the goods:
Omniva parcel machines and courier service
SmartPosti parcel machines and courier service
DPD parcel machines and courier service
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information will be displayed with the delivery method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer’s designated destination 5 business days after the sales agreement takes effect. Deliveries outside Estonia will be made within 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods may extend up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. If you sell such products, they must be listed accordingly, and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods should not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics, or functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in the goods’ value.
To return the goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and sent to the email address tellimused@eiaross.com no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.
The buyer will bear the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they handed the goods over to a carrier within this period.
The Online Store will refund all payments made by the buyer under the sales contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the buyer provides proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer explicitly chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery.
The Online Store has the right to cancel the sale and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods on the website was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to Submit Complaints
The Online Store is responsible for ensuring that the goods sold to the buyer are in conformity with the contract and free of defects at the time of delivery, which may become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods. During the first year after delivery, it is presumed that any defect already existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store is obliged to rebut this presumption.
The buyer has the right to report a defect within two months of its discovery by contacting the Online Store via email at tellimused@eiaross.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all amounts paid under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to a consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to transport service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store may send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed interest by providing their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing communications.
The buyer can opt out of receiving newsletters and offers at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions provided in the emails with offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address tellimused@eiaross.com.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure and application can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
